One of my inspirations to purchase an Echo Sportivo is the YASHIO Facotry's Vitz RS!
I first saw their touge (mountain pass racing) spec in Best MOTORing International Volume 7: The EVO Strikes Back! in Touge Showdown 3 - Touge 200 Class. Boosted with a Blitz Supercharger and decked out with YASHIO Factory goodies, the Vitz made a surprising performance package!
Founder of YASHIO Factory, Kazuyoshi Okamura (aka Oka-chan) was so happy that although the Vitz didn't get into the finals, it did get an "Award of Excellence" by test drivers Keiichi Tsuchiya, Manabu Orido and Nobuteru Taniguch!
Oka-san reckons he takes the car out and harasses Silvias all night long LOL.
"Yes, it's really fun harassing Silvias" - Oka-chan
"You could kick ass, right? - Manabu Orido
"Yeah, kick butt." - Oka-chan

Super Street Online also has an article about the YASHIO Factory Vitz itself. Not sure if its the same one from the Best MOTORing though.
Unfortunately Best MOTORing International has since been pwned but there are some DVDs still out there... Somewhere.

The original Best MOTORing stuff are still available thankfully, but they're all in Japanese. Still fun to watch though, it's like Top Gear but with more BANZAI!
